Refund Policy


No questions asked refund for annual subscriptions within 15 days from the purchase date.


Company shall refund the total amount paid to User in the event that User terminates the usage of the Services for Annual or Yearly Subscription within 15 days from its date of purchase. To such extent, the User shall contact Doubletick through support@getdoubletick.com


You can get a full refund(minus transaction cost) if you claim it within 15 days of purchase, except for monthly subscriptions, or when we terminate your access in the event of a breach of terms of services or failure to pay applicable charges on the due date.


Only under certain conditions, a refund can be initiated after exceeding the 15 days limit. Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with some third-party software.
